How to Buy a digital Photograph

Ordering online is quite simple, as explained in a few steps, below.

When you Shop for an item, all Printer Size Options are available in the dropdown (see more below). It is important here to remember you are buying a digital item to Download, not a physical item such as a paper print or a rolled-up poster!

Each digital item you order is delivered to you Print-ready, in the Size and Quality you have requested, so you can send it as is to your favorite Print On Demand service (POD)** at your convenience. Check your Email to follow the completion of this Order. The Digital Photograph will be available to registered users as a Downloadable file, upon completion of Full Payment (including your Country’s VAT).

Final Online Delivery

Upon completion of the Purchase and after Full Payment is received by the Seller, including all your Local applicable VAT Taxes (more information below), the Full item(s) in Full Size and Resolution will be delivered and made available to you in ‘Downloads’ under your Account.
Note that this may take a few days at the most to be available, due to checking against our Bank account balance and manufacturing the item(s) personally to fit your specific requests.

Fine art, a definition:
At k i n o k a s t , the terms Art piece, fine art, or artwork covers any physical item of any given size that is not a photographic reproduction of a creative work by Prosper Jerominus but rather the original painting(s).

How To Proceed to Payment and complete the Purchase?

The Order will not be completed before the Purchase Contract is completed and Full Payment is received (before any Reduction’s Expiration Date, when applicable), before The Terms and Conditions have been accepted by the Buyer (online at Purchase at Checkout AND offline later, by way of a signed Purchase contract ‘Full Terms and Conditions for Purchase’). The ‘signed contract ‘Full Terms and Conditions for Purchase’ will act as a supplementary Sale contract for the item(s). All prices mentioned are EU VAT (GST) Included, unless specified otherwise.

My intention is to purchase a Painting (as a physical item).

1 of 5. I will agree to the Terms and Conditions of Purchase prior to ordering the painting(s) online. If not accessible online, I will request the Full Terms and Conditions of Purchase document including the Purchase Contract, read it, and return it (dated and signed) to the seller (Prosper Jerominus), before the purchase is effective and before the item(s) is (are) delivered.

2 of 5. I understand that Paintings are ordered here, online, at the webshop from ‘kinokast.org’, but are not shipped to the Buyer unless mentioned otherwise in the Purchase Contract. Paintings are ordered and purchased online but exclusively delivered physically in a personal appointment with the seller at the ATELIER PROSPER’s physical address after full payment is completed (including all per Purchase Country’s relevant VAT GST Taxes). The due Invoices are given upon delivery and/or via Email and act as Proof of purchase. Refund or Return of items is not possible after the online Purchase order OR payment(s) are completed.

3 of 5. I agree that Unique purchased Paintings are delivered in physical form ONLY (No shipping). Paintings are sold ‘As is’ (the digital image is only a representation, and no claim can be made as to the exact visual, digital representation of any painting).
